Paul Rota - CEO
Paul is Chief Executive and Co-Founder of CFOC and has seen the organisation grow from a core team of two at its outset, to the diverse team we have today. He holds a BA in French and an MA in Applied Linguistics and is currently working for a Professional Services Firm in London.
Sunil Sharma - COO
Sunil is the Chief Operating Officer at CFOC. He holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance and works within the financial services sector in London. He has also started his own business and is actively involved in a number of projects with the Conservative Party. Sunil is the Foreign Affairs Editor for The New Briton.
Andrew Pilley - Senior Advisor to CFOC
Andrew is the current chairman and owner of English football League One club Fleetwood Town F.C., the chairman of independent commercial utility group, BES Utilities and Managing Director of independent utility sales agency network Commercial Power, as well as Card Saver, BES Metering Services, The Leisure Channel, and Breck Apartments Blackpool.
Charlie Evans - Co-Founder
Charlie is the Welsh Conservative candidate for Dwyfor Meirionnydd and is Deputy Chairman Political for Mid and West Wales.He has a successful retail career and cofounded Conservative Friends of the Commonwealth alongside Paul as well as NUSceptics, a disaffialiation movement from the National Union of Students.
Noah Khogali - National Policy Director
Noah Khogali is National Policy Director at CFOC. He is a Government and Politics student at Queen’s University Belfast in his final year. Noah is a Conservative Party member, Deputy Foreign Affairs Editor for The New Briton, writer for Young Voices and Commonwealth Correspondent for YourCommonwealth.
Joseph Hammond - Advisor to CFOC
Joseph Hammond is an award-winning journalist, managing editor of New Africa Daily, researcher, and consultant whose career has spanned four continents. As a journalist, he has reported from four continents on a variety of issues from the Arab Spring to the M23 rebellion in the Eastern Congo.
Phoebe Sullivan - Projects Manager
Phoebe is the Projects Manager at CFOC. She has a BSc in International Politics, an MA in Global Diplomacy and currently works for a Public Affairs firm in London. She is active within the Conservative Party in South West Surrey, sitting on the executive committee within the local Conservative Association. Phoebe is also a Research Associate for The Atlantic Council of the United Kingdom.
Samuel Ennis - Advisor to CFOC
Samuel studied Economics at the University of Birmingham gaining a First Class Degree. He then qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG and is currently the Deputy Chair Political for Kew Conservatives whilst serving on the Executive Committee for Richmond Park and North Kingston Conservative Association and the Richmond Park and North Kingston Young Conservatives.
Mark Corea - Social Media Officer
Mark is a Social Media Officer for the CFoC. He graduated from Queen Mary, University of London, with a BA in History, and is currently studying MA Politics and Contemporary History at King’s College London, where he serves as an academic representative.
Felix Milbank - Policy & Communications Officer

Alex is our Engagement Officer and in his full-time capacity works at CCHQ as Business & Youth Engagement Officer. He graduated from Southampton Solent having studied Business. He is also the YC Chair for Maidenhead and loves actively campaigning and getting involved in different projects whilst networking and exploring opportunities for growth.
Eddie Folan - Policy Officer
Eddie is our policy officer, newsletter editor and currently holding the social media portfolio. He has degree in History and English from the Queens University Belfast.
Daniel Grice - Policy Officer
Daniel is currently attaining a Master's degree specialising in political engagement specifically for disabled people. He hopes to encourage young people to not just go with the tide of voting for left-wing political politics and freely express their conservative values. Daniel has severe dyslexia and autism and has ambitions to improve disabled representation within politics.
Jude D'Alesio - Policy Officer
Jude is a Law student at the University of Bristol and a councillor on Long Ashton Parish Council in North Somerset. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Bristol and South Gloucestershire Conservative Federation and will always be a keen advocate for cooperation between Commonwealth nations.'
